Yano Stopper consists of a split tee, a rubber-faced plug and a bonnet which stores a spindle for vertically moving the plug. The plug is inserted into a cut hole made in the pipe by under pressure drilling.

Cast iron, ductile iron, steel and PVC pipes.
1)
Set the three-piece sleeve onto the pipeline and tighten the bolts and nuts.
Fit the tapping valve and the tapping machine.
2)
Cut a hole, retract the cutter with coupon and close the tapping valve.
Remove the tapping machine.
3)
Fit the inserting tool with rubber-faced plug and bonnet set.
Push the bonnet down to the sleeve flange and bolt the bonnet tightening.
4)
Remove the inserting tool and the tapping valve and fit the spindle cap. Close the plug and installation is complete.
